How to order
Printed copies of HTA reports cost £20 each (p&p free in the UK). You can order online, by post, by phone or by fax. Subscriptions are also available.
Order online
To order a publication, click on ‘purchase a printed copy of this monograph'. This adds the publication to your shopping basket and displays your current basket contents. You can add further titles to your basket as you search. To view the contents of your shopping basket at any time, click on the link at the bottom of the page. Further details about ordering online.
Order by post
To order reports by post, please quote the quantity and volume number of the publication(s) required and send your order and payment to HTA Despatch, c/o Direct Mail Works Ltd, 4 Oakwood Business Centre, Downley, Havant PO9 2NP. There is an order form at the bottom of this page.
Please make your cheque payable to 'Direct Mail Works Ltd'. You can create your order in free text or print out your order from our website pages by selecting the publication you require, following the instructions and then selecting the 'print' option on the final page. Or you can view our list of published research and select from that.
Order by phone
Using credit card only. Telephone Direct Mail Works on 02392 492 000. The following cards are accepted: Delta, Eurocard, Mastercard, Solo, Switch, Visa.
Order by fax
You can order by fax by following the instructions for post orders and then faxing your order to 02392 478 555 (from outside the UK please use +44 2392 478 555). With fax you can pay by credit card or by official purchase order - please see 'Pay by invoice'.
Pay by invoice
If you work for an organisation in the UK public sector (eg NHS authority or trust or university) and wish to be invoiced, post an official purchase order to Direct Mail Works at the above address, or fax it to 02392 478 555. Please indicate clearly both the delivery address and the invoice address. An invoice will be despatched with your order. For private organisations and individuals we regret that we cannot accept purchase orders. Please pay by cheque or credit card.
