Amending your order
You can change your order at any point before you have confirmed your order. To remove items from your basket click on the ‘remove' link next to the title in your shopping basket.
Completing your order
When you have chosen all the publications you wish to buy, click on the 'complete order' button at the bottom of the page, fill in your delivery details - you now have a choice of payment methods:
By credit card: click the 'Here' button. You will then be taken to the payment page and asked to supply your payment details. All transactions are carried out on secure servers over an encrypted secure internet connection, managed by Netbanx. When you confirm your order and payment details, they will be sent to our distributors, Direct Mail Works, and you will receive verification by e-mail. They aim to despatch orders within 24 hours.
By cash, cheque or official purchase order: click the 'Print this page' order button. You will now be able to print out your order and then either fax it with your credit card details or an official purchase order to 02392 478 555 (From outside the UK please use +44 2392 478 555) or post it with your credit card details or an official purchase order or a cheque. Full instructions will appear on the form. All HTA monographs are paperback reports and are not subject to VAT.
